Digital products
Charts, meditations and videos are delivered to your account immediately and are not refundable once downloaded.
Sessions and experiences
Sessions can be moved once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Where an experience is paid in instalments, the balance is due by the date of the event; if payments stop, access and any associated privileges are suspended.
Applications
Applying is not a purchase. Nothing is charged and no place is held until terms are agreed in conversation and payment or a payment plan begins.
Courses
Courses are delivered and paid for on Lumant under their own terms.
